Appetite Control Food
If you are trying to loose weight, one fact that you must really accept is that you cannot loose weight without feeling hungry. You simply cannot turn off hunger just like you turn off a light switch. Hunger is something, which cannot be eliminated straight away. - Green Vegetables: You can eat unlimited amounts of these green vegetables, without being bothered about calories. The calories that they have, are the calories that you require to burn them. So it’s like killing 2 birds, with a single stone. You fill your stomach and then you kill your appetite as well.
- Protein shakes: Protein shakes are a great way to fill your tummy, while adding a lot of proteins, with near zero carbohydrates and calories. There are various protein shakes, which are available in the market and in various flavors too.
- Apples: Apples are another natural appetite control food. Btw the time you finish one, you would have got a few carbohydrates and calories, but it serves the purpose of filling your tummy up, thereby preventing you from eating more.
