How to Control Appetite - the story of how I do it, and it may work for you too.

You may have different reasons wanting to refrain yourself from eating. Maybe you have a health condition. Maybe you need it for sports. But for many, like me, I want to lose weight.

Appetite is the tricky part. I put myself on a diet but it's too hard to stop thinking about food and to just let the day go by. Sometimes I am not even hungry, but I still feel like eating.

But lately, I found something that worked for me.

One thing that I do to control my appetite is to eat a lot of fiber. Let me tell you how I do that.

What seems to work for me right now is that I eat cornflakes cereal every morning. And to add more taste to it, and also add in some content, I add in some muesli. You know, those dried fruits, oat, nuts, hazelnut, almond, raisins, those kind of stuffs. They sold that all in one package.

I used to just add my cereal with oat, but I feel that muesli works best for me. You can find this at a normal departmental store. And there are many kinds too. At first I just do it to add taste to my breakfast, but I think it's helping me with my appetite control situation too.

Actually, I experimented with all kind of food. I did pancakes, eggs, bread, heavy breakfast, light breakfast, and all kind of stuffs. By noon, I still feel like I need to eat.

But with my simple cereal and muesli combo, I don't even think about food at all until 6pm. And 6pm is the time I have my dinner. If you are really on a diet, do your cereal and muesli combo again. And you should be good until the next morning.

I did this for 3 months straight. I almost didn't eat anything else and I was fine. I didn't feel weak. I didn't feel like I need to eat. In fact I feel a lot stronger. OK, I cheated with a few meat and carbo in the weekend, but I still manage to get great result.

What kind of result? How about 30 pounds?

Now, I add in something else, and I am getting even better results.
